Time is catching up.... the pressure is up and can foresee what will happen if this continue... Something need to be done... something!!!! Lately i get to know a new friend who is 4 years younger than me... He don't study much and now is working part time in my office.
This gentlemen plan to start a catering business at the age of 22.. He was so ambitious and very motivated. I can see the spirit inside him. The spirit is burning in his eyes... He mentioned to me before why....
a) Our salary will never make us rich
b) Evertyhing increase so many % but out salary still remain the same....
c) We must always get loan to purchase something and become the slave of the bank..
d) etc ..... blah and blah.....
All this just recall me of something... "Myself" the bakat 6 to 7 years ago...

Sometimes i am lost & don know what i am doing...! there is a coward inside me who ask me to play safe and get yourself a safe and secure job...A job? Where people control what time you need to come work, what time u go for lunch, when u can go for holiday and etc.
The inner fire of me no longer stay... The Fear is conquering me....Fear of Failure!!
As the age increased we are more fear of many things...
In fact i m very impress with my colleague which are so focus on their job..i Think the reason is just that they are very firm of what they want...

Working path -----> exec -----> senior exec ----> Asistant Manager ---> Manager
-----> Senior Manager ----> Head of department -----> and so on....
Wah liau!!! a long way to go.... Something just need to be done...
SOmething!!!!! The best to desrcribe me now.....easy.. i am now sailing in a boat..without knowing where i am going... just follow the flow..... JUST Follow and just obey...

I think you need to stay focus on what you should do and what you want to do. Actually, a lot of people do not know what to do when they've reached to a certain age and panic. For example, myself, I am like that. But, in order for me to achieve what I want, I have to be flexible. Easily adjusting to the environment. Sometimes, I am forced to adapt to the surroundings.
