Finally it reached it times... Is time to say GoodBye!! To My company and all the staff.. I just resigned... In Fact i really struggle when making this decision...
I did it again... I quit despite being no job offered yet..The Bakat did it again.
I was stress and confused. Should i or Should not??
I realized that when a person is growing older and commitment is heavier sometimes is very hard to make a decision. Whether is in our work or family its just hard. We kind of think too much before making a decision. Is this call "play safe" or a coward inside us is really playing us around.

But still im so daring to ask for better Paid or else i won't take it

I think it's similar to my case as well when I resigned. I'll start my new job tomoro and when I wanted to resign, it was hard as well as there were too many commitments but still you have to do it. If not, you won't see the changes in yourself. Good luck to u in ur new company. So u'll be in U Mobile. I went for an interview there as well but i rejected them as it was not the position I wanted. All the best!
